How do I choose the right research platform?
Start with the decision you need to make: if you need motivations and context (“why”), choose community/qual (Echonity). If you need representative numbers (“how many”), choose CAWI (Askero). For ongoing performance management, a dashboard solution makes sense (Boardia/ASAP/monitoring).
Can the platforms be integrated with our systems (CRM, SSO, reporting)?
Yes — the key advantage of in-house platforms is the ability to customise and integrate them per project (typically SSO, API, exports, and connections to internal data).
Do you sell the platforms as software, or do you also deliver research?
We primarily deliver research and solutions — platforms are part of the delivery. In selected cases, we can also offer platforms as SaaS / tailor them to your needs.
